2. Products

All our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but do not guarantee that all product details are always up to date.

3. Orders

Orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments must be made when ordering using the available payment options.
We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 2 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Return & Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only applicable in specific situations. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or violate any applicable laws while using our services. Any fraudulent or illegal activity will lead to the termination of access and possible legal action.
